Sit down with us
Walk-ins are welcome six days a week. If you’re coming in about an engagement ring, a custom design, or a collection to sell, book a time and we’ll have the right person and the right stones ready for you.
Three ways to meet
In the showroom, on video, or at home
- In store
- Sit down with the person who can help, whether that's our gemologist for diamonds, our design team for custom work, Mario for repairs, or a buyer if you're selling.
- Virtual
- A video call with our gemologist. We'll show you stones under the loupe on camera and go through your design on screen.
- House call
- We'll come to your home to look at gold, diamonds, or an estate collection you'd like to sell. By appointment only.
