Something else on your mind? Ask us

What is the bow-tie in an oval?

A dark band across the center where light leaks out. A faint one is normal. A strong one dulls the stone, and the report won't mention it, which is why we look at every oval in person.

Do you have natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Both. We'll quote them side by side in the same shape and size so you can compare.

Can I see the ring before it's made?

Yes. You'll approve a CAD rendering or a wax model before anything is cast.
