Terms
Prices shown online are estimates. We quote every custom piece in writing, and nothing begins until you approve it.
Estimates
Prices in the ring designer are estimates for the setting alone. They don't include the center stone, taxes, or shipping. We follow every inquiry with a written quote.
Approval
We start custom work only after you approve the design rendering and the written quote. Changes made after casting may be quoted separately.
Appointments
A member of our staff confirms every appointment request personally. Your appointment isn't booked until you hear from us.
