Design it
Build your ring in 3D with the online designer, or bring us a photo, a sketch, or an heirloom stone. You can change every part of the design.

See it before it exists
Our design team models the piece in CAD or carves it by hand in wax. You approve a rendering before we cast anything.

Made in house
We cast, set, and finish every piece in our Clearwater workshop, in platinum, silver, and 10, 14, and 18 karat yellow, white, and rose gold.

Two to three weeks
That's the usual time from your approval to pickup. If a piece needs longer, we'll tell you before we start.
CAD or wax
You approve it before we cast it
Most designs are modeled in CAD so you can see the exact proportions, stone placement, and metal weight. Organic or sculptural pieces are carved by hand in wax, the way jewelry has been made for centuries. Either way, nothing goes to the casting room until you say yes.
You’re welcome to take photos of the process. It’s your ring, and we think you should get to see it being made.

How much does a custom ring cost?
It depends on the metal, how many diamonds are in the design, and the center stone. The online designer shows an estimate for the setting as you build. We follow every inquiry with a written quote, and we don't make anything until you approve it.
How long does custom design take?
Most pieces are finished two to three weeks after you approve the rendering. Intricate pieces and hand-carved waxes can take a little longer, and we'll tell you up front.
Can I use my own diamond or an heirloom piece?
Yes. Many of our designs are built around a family stone. Bring it in for a free inspection and we'll design a setting that shows it off.
Will I see the ring before it's made?
Always. You approve a CAD rendering or the carved wax model before we cast it. Changes are easy at that stage, and that's exactly why we do it.
Is the work really done in house?
Yes. Design, CAD or wax, casting, setting, and finishing all happen in our Clearwater workshop, and you're welcome to take photos along the way.
