FAQ

Questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Ask us

How do I find my bracelet size?

Measure your wrist just above the bone and add about half an inch to an inch, depending on how loose you like it. Most women wear 7 inches and most men 8 to 8.5. We'll size it for you in the showroom.

Can you shorten a tennis bracelet?

Yes. We can remove links and rebuild the clasp at the bench. Keep the stones we take out, since they can be added back later.

Will a bangle fit over my hand?

Solid bangles have to slide over the hand, so we measure around the widest part of your knuckles. Hinged bangles and cuffs open, which makes them easier to fit.

Can you repair a broken clasp or chain?

Usually. Most simple repairs are done the same day, and inspections and quotes are free.
