Your jewelry stays with us the whole time
Many jewelers send repairs and appraisals out to someone else. We do ours a few steps from the counter, and the person you talk to is the person doing the work. That's how we can inspect for free, quote on the spot, and finish most simple repairs the same day.
We'll swap a watch battery while you wait, and we clean and check every piece before it goes back to you.
