Made here
A pendant made from your own story
Names, initials, medallions, and coin mounts, or a new pendant made from gold and stones you already own. Our design team models it in CAD or wax, and you approve it before we cast anything.
Most custom pendants are ready within two to three weeks.

Care and service
Chains and clasps, fixed at the bench
Our master jeweler repairs broken chains, replaces clasps, shortens or lengthens necklaces, and tightens pendant settings. Most simple repairs are done the same day, and inspections are free.
- Chain soldering
- Clasp replacement
- Shortening and extenders
- Prong tightening
- Cleaning and polishing
What necklace length should I choose?
Sixteen inches sits at the base of the neck, and 18 inches falls at or just below the collarbone. That's the length most pendants are made for. Twenty to 24 inches is better for layering, and men usually wear 20 to 24. We'll measure and let you try lengths in the showroom.
Can I buy a pendant and a chain separately?
Yes. Many people choose the pendant first and then match a chain to its weight and bail. A heavier pendant needs a sturdier chain so it doesn't twist or wear through.
Can you shorten or lengthen a chain?
Usually, yes. Our master jeweler can shorten most chains, add an extender, or replace a clasp at the bench, and simple jobs are often done the same day.
Can you make a pendant from my old jewelry?
Yes. Bring the pieces in and we'll look at the gold and the stones with you. Our team models the new design in CAD or wax, and nothing is made until you approve it.
How do I keep a diamond pendant clean?
Soak it in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap, brush gently behind the stone with a soft toothbrush, and rinse. Stop by any time and we'll clean it and check the setting for you.
