Signs a necklace needs attention
- A stiff or loose clasp
- Clasps wear out first. Replace one before it opens on its own
- A stretched link
- A thin, elongated link is close to breaking
- A kink
- Kinks weaken a chain at that spot. Bring it in before it snaps
- A worn bail
- The loop the chain runs through wears thin on heavy pendants

Mario has more than 32 years at the bench and works right here in the store. We're one of the few jewelers in Clearwater doing repairs on site, so most work is done right here.
Can you fix a broken chain so the repair doesn't show?
Usually. We solder the link and polish it so it blends in.
Can you fix a hollow chain?
Often, though hollow chains are delicate. We'll look at it and tell you honestly.
Can you shorten my necklace?
Yes. We can shorten most chains or add an extender.
