Finished pieces ship fully insured, both ways. You can exchange or return finished jewelry within 30 days in its original condition.

Every finished piece ships fully insured, and a signature is required at delivery. We'll email you tracking as soon as it leaves the workshop.
Returns and exchanges
You can exchange or return finished jewelry within 30 days if it's unworn and in its original condition, with its paperwork. We insure the return shipping.
Custom and engraved pieces
Custom and engraved pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned. That's why you approve a rendering before we cast anything, and why we quote every piece in writing.
