Take a seat and take your time
There's no pressure here and no rush. You'll sit down with the person who can help you, whether that's our gemologist for diamonds, our design team for custom work, Mario for repairs, or a buyer if you're selling.
We show you stones under the loupe so you can see what the certificate describes. Repairs get a free inspection and a quote on the spot, and we'll change a watch battery while you wait.
