Engagement rings

Halo engagement rings

A ring of small diamonds around the center stone. A halo makes the center look larger and adds sparkle from every angle.

The halo setting

What makes a halo

What it is
A frame of pavé diamonds around the center, often with pavé down the band
Why people choose it
The center looks noticeably larger, and the ring sparkles even in low light
Worth knowing
Halos need a curved or carefully matched wedding band to sit flush
Shapes that suit it
Cushion, round, oval, and pear

Photos can't show how a diamond moves in the light. Our GIA Graduate Gemologist will set out stones in your size and budget so you can compare them under the loupe, and our master jeweler makes your ring in our Clearwater workshop.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Ask us

Will a halo fit with a wedding band?

Usually with a curved band, or a straight one if the halo sits high enough. Bring your ring in and we'll check.

Do you have natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Both. We'll quote them side by side in the same shape and size so you can compare.

Can I see the ring before it's made?

Yes. You'll approve a CAD rendering or a wax model before anything is cast.
