Jewelry repair

Bring back the pieces you love

Our master jeweler has more than 32 years at the bench and works right here in the store. Inspections and quotes are free, most simple repairs are done the same day, and watch batteries take just a few minutes.

How it works

From inspection to pickup

  1. 1

    Bring it in

Walk in any time we're open, or book a time if you'd like to sit down with Mario. For larger collections, we offer house calls by appointment.

  2. 2

    Free inspection and quote

We look at the piece under magnification, explain what we see, and give you a written quote before we start any work.

  3. 3

    Repaired in house

Nothing gets sent out. Most simple repairs like sizing, tightening, and batteries are done the same day. Restorations take longer, and we'll tell you how long up front.

  4. 4

    Cleaned and checked

We clean, polish, and inspect every piece again before you pick it up.

Something else on your mind? Ask us

How much does a repair cost?

We quote every repair after a free inspection, so you'll know the price before any work begins. Simple jobs like a watch battery or tightening a stone cost very little. We quote restorations one at a time.

How long will my repair take?

Most simple repairs are finished the same day, and we change watch batteries while you wait. Resizing, new shanks, and restorations can take a few days. We'll give you a date when we quote.

Can you resize any ring?

Most rings can go up or down in size. Eternity bands and some tension or tungsten rings can't be resized. We'll let you know at the inspection and suggest other options.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome six days a week. Book a time if you'd like to sit down with the jeweler or you're bringing several pieces.

Do you replace watch batteries?

Yes, while you wait. We also replace bands and crystals.
