Diamond pendants
A single diamond on a fine chain is the piece people reach for every day. We carry solitaire, halo, bezel, and initial pendants in platinum and gold, and we'll set one around a stone you choose.

Choosing a pendant
What to look at
- Setting
- Prongs show the most light. A bezel rim protects the stone and sits smoothly against skin.
- Size
- Most solitaire pendants run from a quarter carat to a carat and a half. A halo makes the center look larger.
- Bail
- The loop the chain runs through. A hidden bail keeps the stone facing forward.
- Chain
- An 18 inch cable or box chain suits most pendants. Heavier pieces need a sturdier chain.
Built around the diamond you want
If you'd rather choose the stone first, our GIA Graduate Gemologist will show you diamonds side by side and we'll set your favorite in the pendant style you like.
Most custom pendants are finished within two to three weeks of your approval.

What necklace length should I choose?
Sixteen inches sits at the base of the neck, and 18 inches falls at or just below the collarbone. That's the length most pendants are made for. Twenty to 24 inches is better for layering, and men usually wear 20 to 24. We'll measure and let you try lengths in the showroom.
Can I buy a pendant and a chain separately?
Yes. Many people choose the pendant first and then match a chain to its weight and bail. A heavier pendant needs a sturdier chain so it doesn't twist or wear through.
Can you shorten or lengthen a chain?
Usually, yes. Our master jeweler can shorten most chains, add an extender, or replace a clasp at the bench, and simple jobs are often done the same day.
