How it works

From drop-off to pickup

  1. 1

    Bring it in

No appointment needed. Walk in any day we're open.

  2. 2

    Cleaned safely

We choose the method by stone. Diamonds and sapphires can take a deep clean, while softer gems get a gentler hand.

  3. 3

    Inspected

We check prongs, posts, clasps, and settings under magnification.

  4. 4

    Back to you

If anything needs attention, we'll show you and quote it before we touch it.

Something else on your mind? Ask us

Is cleaning free?

It's free for jewelry you bought here. For pieces bought elsewhere there's a small fee, and we'll tell you what it is before we start.

Can I clean my ring at home?

Yes. Soak it in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap, brush gently under the stone with a soft toothbrush, and rinse. Bring it in for a deeper clean and a prong check.

How often should I have my prongs checked?

Every six months for a ring you wear daily, and any time it catches on fabric.
