Watch service
Watch overhaul and repair
A full service for mechanical and automatic watches. The movement is taken apart, cleaned, oiled, and regulated, and the watch is tested for time and water resistance. When the maker's service center is the right place, we send it there for you.

Good to know
Signs it needs service
- It loses or gains time
- A few seconds a day is normal. Minutes a day means it needs attention
- It stops overnight
- An automatic that won't hold its power reserve needs a service
- Every five to ten years
- Most makers suggest a full service in that window
- Moisture under the crystal
- Bring it in right away before it damages the dial and movement
How it works
From drop-off to pickup

Watch service at our own bench
Batteries, bracelets, crystals, polishing, overhauls, and water testing all happen in the store. When a repair needs the maker's own service center, we send it there and handle everything for you.
Do you send watches to the manufacturer?
When a brand or a repair needs the maker's own service center, yes. We handle it and keep you posted.
Will polishing hurt my watch's value?
Heavy polishing can soften a case's edges and lower value on some models. We'll ask before we polish, and you can choose to keep the patina.
