Choosing a right-hand ring

Wearing it well

Which finger
The middle finger lets a bold ring stand alone. The ring finger keeps it close to your wedding set
Scale
Wider bands and larger clusters suit longer fingers. A slimmer profile suits a petite hand
Everyday wear
A low profile or a bezel edge holds up better to daily life than a tall setting
Mixing metals
Yellow gold on one hand and platinum on the other looks deliberate and modern

FAQ

Something else on your mind? Ask us

Can you resize a fashion ring?

Most rings can go up or down a size or two. Our master jeweler does the work in the store, and simple sizing is often done the same day. Eternity styles and some designs can't be resized, and we'll tell you before you buy.

Which finger is a right-hand ring worn on?

Whichever finger feels right. The ring finger and middle finger are the most common, and cocktail rings often go on the middle finger so they stand out.
